We all know the scenario: a meeting, a discussion that only seems to affect two people and nobody dares to bring it up. Most of the participants are already annoyed and bored. And here comes ELMO

ELMO stands for Enough Let’s Move On.

The facilitator of the meeting is taking care, that a majority is checked in a short vote. If the majority is reached, the topic is changed, but not without finding an alternative place, the topic is discussed bi-laterally or elsewhere.

Prerequisite:
It is already part of our Team Working Agreement
–> As a team, we agree that we can call ‚ELMO‘ at any stage of a meeting/discussion.  Just add  ELMO to your ‚working agreement‘.
