Are Facilitators manipulators? And if so, is this necessarily a bad thing? And when does manipulation turn into facipulation??

They talked about the very thin line between neutrality and manipulation, assumptions when setting the agenda,  flexibility and improv but also about the ownership of results towards the outcome. How to make the training sustainable, so people can take it home and work on the topics.

It is so great to see/hear, that I’m not alone with my thoughts and ideas. The parallels between facilitation and DJing are massive… (more on this topic in another post)
